What You'll Do
Deliver engaging, evidence-based occupational therapy services to pediatric clients.
Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising Occupational Therapist.
Support children in developing fine motor, sensory processing, self-care, visual-motor, play, and daily living skills.
Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, BCBAs, Speech-Language Pathologists, families, and other providers.
Document services accurately and maintain timely clinical records.
Help create a positive, encouraging environment where children and families feel supported.

Qualifications
Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license.
Eligible to practice in Virginia.
Pediatric experience is preferred but not required, we welcome clinicians who are eager to learn and grow.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
