MaineHealth Lincoln Hospital is seeking a Supervisor of Outpatient Therapy Services (PT/OT) at St. Andrew's campus in Boothbay Harbor, ME. Help lead a dedicated team delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a close-knit community setting. The position consists of 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday. Primary work location will be in Boothbay Harbor, ME; however, some work requirements will be at the Lincoln Hospital campus in Damariscotta, ME. Participation in weekend rotation for inpatient services on Lincoln Hospital campus is required.
What You’ll Do
-Lead and support a team of PT and OT professionals.
-Oversee outpatient rehab operations, workflows, and patient experience
-Drive quality, performance, and team engagement
-Partner with interdisciplinary leaders to enhance care delivery
-Mentor staff and support professional growth
What You’ll Bring
-Bachelor’s Degree with five years of clinical experience or Associate’s Degree with 10 years of clinical experience required. Master’s Degree with five years of clinical experience preferred.
-Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OT)
-Leadership experience (or ready to step into a supervisory role)
-Passion for team development and patient-centered care
