What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive pediatric evaluations assessing fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and functional living abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based, play-based treatment plans.
- Engage families and caregivers with education, strategies, and home-based resources to support therapy goals.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (SLPs, PTs, and pediatricians) to provide holistic care.
- Complete documentation in an organized and timely manner with designated, paid admin time.
Qualifications
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Active Indiana State OT License (or eligibility).
- NBCOT Certification (or eligibility).
- Current CPR Certification
- Pediatric experience preferred (New graduates are encourage to apply!).
