Primary Responsibilities:
- As an Occupational Therapist, you will be working with our patients experiencing orthopedic injuries of the shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand as well as those following surgical procedures
- You will play a vital role in helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life by developing personalized rehabilitation plans for those with physical challenges
- You will collaborate with patients, families and care teams to deliver safe and effective patient-centered care tailored to each individual's needs
- This is a hands-on opportunity to make a meaningful impact while applying your clinical expertise and tech-savvy documentation skills

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited College or School of Occupational Therapy
- New York state licensure as an Occupational Therapist in good standing
- Experience fabricating upper custom extremity orthoses
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters' degree
- 1+ years of work experience
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The hourly pay for this role will range from $35.00 to $62.50 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
