Description

We are seeking a team-oriented therapist to implement individualized treatment plans for children. The therapist will focus on developing fine motor skills, improving hand-eye coordination, and supporting independence in daily living activities such as self-feeding. The ideal candidate collaborates effectively with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to promote each child’s developmental progress.

Requirements

•   Associate’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
     
•  Current OTA license or eligibility for licensure in NC
   
•  Experience working with pediatric populations preferred (new graduates encouraged to apply)
   
•  Knowledge of pediatric developmental milestones and therapeutic techniques
     
•  Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
     
•  Ability to engage and motivate children in a therapeutic setting
