Seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our growing allied health team in Port Stephens (Hunter Region) NSW

ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will provide a variety of assessment and home modification services as part of a multidisciplinary team supporting residents to achieve their wellness goals and clinical needs, with a strong focus on improving quality of life of residents through mobility, independence and greater functions of daily living.Deliver safe and effective assessment and home modification services to improve quality of life and reduce resident risks in their homes
Prescribe equipment to maintain resident independence
Support clients with various functions of daily living challenges
Create personal treatment plans and goals for clients
Client education
Document all visits and client outcomes accurately

Requirements
- Degree qualification in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent)
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Current National Police Clearance, Working with Vulnerable Persons Check
- Current NSW Driver’s License
- Experience in community or aged care settings essential
