We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate OT - Hand Therapist to join our dynamic outpatient clinic at New West Orthopaedic and Sports Rehabilitation in Kearney, Nebraska. We are a therapist-owned private practice group offering PT, OT and SLP services.  This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive environment with opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate and treat patients with hand and upper extremity conditions
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members
Educate patients on exercises, recovery, and injury prevention

Qualifications:

Licensed Occupational Therapist 
Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) preferred or experience/interest in upper extremity rehabilitation, but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
