Do you enjoy helping people regain the skills and confidence needed for daily living? We're seeking compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapists (OT) or Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTA) to join our rehabilitation teams
What You'll Do
- Assess and treat patients experiencing physical, cognitive, or functional challenges.
- Develop individualized treatment plans that promote independence and safety.
- Train patients in activities of daily living, adaptive techniques, and use of assistive equipment.
- Collaborate with therapy, nursing, and medical teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to support continued success.
What We're Looking For
- Current OT or OTA license in good standing.
- Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication and patient engagement abilities.
