Description

No weekends, evenings or home visits!  Part time OR full time is available.   Working in optometry private practice with a professional plan of care from an on site Low Vision Optometrist.  We utilize a team approach to help patients improve vision goals and adls through adaptive equipment, strategies, and technology. Unique opportunity, rewarding, amazing clinical outcomes, and our work changes people's lives.  Willing to train. 

Requirements

See 4-6 patients per day (most often its 5). Train patients with low vision adaptive equipment and strategies based on their custom plan of care and low vision exam.  Team approach with low vision doctor. Responsible for documentation/charting.
