Job Summary: The Occupational Therapist (OT) evaluates participants cognitive, physical, psychosocial, and perceptual functioning to promote independence and maximize participation in meaningful daily activities. The OT develops and implements individualized treatment plans designed to enhance functional performance, improve quality of life, and support participants in maintaining the highest level of independence within the PACE model of care.
