ActivOT began with a single question: What if therapy worked around real life, not the other way around? What followed was a national movement in the form of a franchise model, built to empower both clinicians and clients with greater flexibility, freedom, and function. ActivOT is the world's first occupational therapy franchise business. We are deeply committed to eliminating the burnout that is endemic in the industry while making meaningful contributions to support the goals of our clients.
Unlike typical franchises, employment or subcontractor structures, our team members are not beholden to KPIs and unrealistic caseloads but instead operate as sole practitioners, working within the areas of practice they enjoy most. They have unreserved access to a pool of resources and mentoring to better serve their clients, their communities and the profession itself, without sacrificing their autonomy or their well-being.
