About the Position: Full Time: 32-40 hours/week Provides therapy services including evaluation and assessment, individualized interventions, education, treatment planning, and consultation to improve patients’ abilities to their highest level. This position provides services as part of a care team committed to optimal clinical outcomes, under the direction of the referring physician.
