We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist Supervisor to complete therapy visits, home modification evaluations and safety assessments with our recipients. In addition, you will provide oversight, training, performance reviews and assistance to field therapists.

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Work Location: On the road

• Current state OT license
• Current certification
• Valid state driver’s license
• 2+ years’ experience working as an Occupational Therapist in a health care setting
• 1+ year experience in a supervisory role
• Minimum 6 months experience utilizing an EMR for documentation
