Provides therapy services including evaluation and assessment, individualized interventions, education, treatment planning, and consultation to improve patients’ abilities to their highest level. This position provides services as part of a care team committed to optimal clinical outcomes, under the direction of the referring physician. Complies with regulatory standards of the American Occupational Therapy Association, the Department of Health, and any other professional guidelines or standards. Settings may include inpatient acute care, swing bed/sub-acute care, and outpatient care. Provides guidance and leadership to daily operations of the department.
What we are looking for:
BA/BS, Master’s, or Clinical Doctorate from Accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
Occupational Therapy license to practice in the State of Minnesota.
Certification from the National Board of Occupational Therapy.
BLS/CPR certification.
Preference for Master degree or higher.
Preference for three or more years of clinical experience.
