Join our multidisciplinary clinic dedicated to providing comprehensive treatment for children with autism spectrum disorders and related communication disorders. As part of our passionate team, you will work closely with licensed psychologists, behavior analysts, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and other professionals to create a collaborative environment where children can thrive. Your role involves conducting comprehensive evaluations, developing treatment plans for group and individual sessions, and maintaining detailed documentation. Regular communication with parents/caregivers and collaboration with colleagues are key aspects of this position. Additionally, you may be required to provide staff training as needed.
To excel in this role, you must hold a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy for OTR applicants or have graduated from an accredited ACOTE-approved COTA program with an associate's degree for COTA applicants. Louisiana state licensure is essential, along with prior experience working with children on the autism spectrum or with developmental delays.

Our in-house administrative team handles billing and other tasks, allowing therapists to focus on delivering exceptional therapy. This center-based clinic role does not require travel, night shifts, or weekend work. Full-time employees receive health, dental, and vision plans after 90 days, along with paid holidays and time off.
