The Director of Success Matters will be a key player in our dedicated team, helping residents achieve their personal goals for success and well-being.
Your Role: As the Director of Success Matters, you'll lead and innovate within our program to provide personalized, holistic support for residents throughout our continuum of care. This role combines your skills in occupational therapy with a commitment to advancing the field of aging services.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Leadership: Develop, implement, and sustain high-quality, person-centered programming that addresses body, mind, and spirit wellness.
Needs Assessment: Conduct ongoing assessments to identify trends and areas for growth, ensuring the Success Matters program meets the evolving needs of our residents.
Educational Leadership: Research and lead educational sessions to advance knowledge in successful aging, both within our community and beyond.
Community Engagement: Foster partnerships and build connections to expand our educational offerings and community impact.
Student Collaboration: Continue affiliations with A.T. Still University and NAU, providing fieldwork and capstone opportunities while advancing research collaborations.
Support Groups: Coordinate and facilitate skill-building support groups, seeking new opportunities to develop additional resources and connections.
What We're Looking For:
Education: M.S. or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy.
Experience: Preferably with a background in geriatrics.
Licensure: Arizona Board of Occupational Therapy Examiners.
Certification: Board Certification by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
