Responsibilities Conduct thorough OT evaluations Interpret assessment information and make differential diagnoses Use medical terminology and accurately assign medical codes Provide evidence-based, outcome-focused therapy Educate families and provide home exercises Collaborate and work closely with speech-language pathologists Provide documentation at the end of each session Adhere to all HIPAA guidelines Other information 15-20 hours per week Independent contractor sets their own schedule but must be available to see after-school clients (approximately 3:00-7:00 PM) at least two days a week. Other hours are at contractor’s discretion
