Position Summary: The Director, in addition to their regular clinical duties, is responsible for the management of their regions, Occupational Therapy programming and clinical development. The Director supervises, mentors, and coaches team members while modeling and upholding Westside’s values. The Director ensures the consistent implementation and effective management of clinical policies and procedures. The Director is responsible for the clinical performance, outcomes, and productivity of the Speech team.
