LifeScape is seeking a talented candidate to join our collaborative, interdisciplinary team as a full time, part time, or unscheduled part time (PRN) Occupational Therapist for inpatient, outpatient, or school-based services in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

• Want to work in multiple settings? Float positions are available and allow exposure to multiple pediatric therapy settings and patient populations, including inpatient, outpatient, and school-based settings.
  
  
• Want to specialize in a particular area? Selected positions allow you to develop specialized training in the areas of feeding therapy, physical disability and rehabilitation, and school-based therapy. 
  
  
• Need to work certain hours? We offer many flexible options for hours and schedule, depending on the position. Part-time and PRN hours are also available. Not sure if we have what you need – just ask!
  
  
  • Sioux Falls – Outpatient, inpatient, and school-based positions available. School-based positions have an option for 44-52 weeks/year. Options for 8–12-hours/day and 30-40 hours/week for full time, depending on the position.
    
    
  • Rapid City  – Outpatient and school-based positions available; no weekends! School-based positions have an option for 44 weeks/year. Options for 30-40 hours/week for full time.

At LifeScape, you’ll work with one of the largest pediatric interdisciplinary teams in the region, alongside physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, behavior analysts, registered behavior technicians, psychologists, physiatrists, dieticians, and certified orthotist/prosthetists. Our unique interdisciplinary approach to care provides a positive, comprehensive experience for patients and allows you to learn from and collaborate with other experts in the field.

• Competitive wages - Base Pay: $33.92 - $39.01 / Hour

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

 

Masters or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited OT school and current licensure in the state of South Dakota required.  (Individuals who have obtained a bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy in the past are grandfathered in and may apply.)  Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required in appropriate state.  Prior Occupational Therapy experience with pediatric population preferred.
