Midwestern University invites applications for a full-time faculty position in the Occupational Therapy Program. The Program is accredited as an entry-level doctoral degree program with a foundational focus on occupation in all aspects of the curriculum. Faculty responsibilities will include teaching, mentoring students, engaging in scholarship, fulfilling service within and outside the University, and mentorship of student research and/or Capstone projects. Rank and salary are commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Applications are invited for the tenure track faculty position. Successful applicants must possess:

• an earned doctorate in occupational therapy or a related field;
• experience in occupational therapy practice (e.g., pediatrics, adult rehabilitation, or mental health practice)
• Illinois licensure as an occupational therapist, or eligibility to secure IL licensure;
• at least 5 years of experience as an occupational therapist;
• instructional experience in a college or university academic program; and
• demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and student success.
