Manage the day-to-day operation of the ASOT Program, including planning, program evaluation and faculty and staff supervision; will require work on Saturdays

Work with Occupational Therapy Department Chair to perform other administrative tasks including enrollment management, budgeting, faculty and staff selection, and maintenance of accreditation

Teach content in an innovative curriculum with classes offered in the evenings and week-ends.

Maintain a scholarship agenda

Participate in service and program development activities

Qualifications: 

• Minimum of a master’s degree (e.g. MOT, MS, MA, MEd) from an accredited college or university; doctoral degree (PhD, ScD, EdD, OTD or equivalent) preferred
• Certification by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
• Current Pennsylvania state license or eligible
• Knowledge of occupational therapy education, certification, and scope of practice
• Experience in administration and management and familiarity with occupational therapy accrediting requirements
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• In-depth knowledge of at least one area of occupational therapy practice
• A minimum of 5 years of documented experience in the field of occupational therapy, including at least one year of full-time academic experience with teaching responsibilities at the post-baccalaureate level.
