As the Occupational Therapist, you will provide services for the purpose of promoting health and wellness and to those who have or are at risk for developing an illness, injury, disease, disorder, condition, impairment, disability, activity limitation, or participation restriction. This individual will select methods or strategies to direct the process of interventions, evaluate factors affecting activities of daily living and implements interventions and procedures to promote or enhance safety and performance in activities of daily living. - Current, unrestricted Wisconsin Occupational Therapy Licensure
- Valid Wisconsin Driver's License
- Supervised clinical internship working with adult and / or pediatric populations to prepare for professsional registration
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification awarded by the American Heart Association (AHA) within three months of hire; at time of hire preferred
Preferred/Optional: - Current certification through the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy
- 2+ years of treating patients with outpatient orthopedic conditions, Lymphedema Certified, and/or Pediatric Occupational Therapy experience
