Job Summary

Full-time Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) opportunity in an outpatient pediatric clinic. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping children develop essential skills through personalized, evidence-based care. You’ll work in a supportive, collaborative environment with the flexibility to treat a wide range of conditions or focus on specific areas of interest.

What You’ll Do

Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
Implement evidence-based interventions tailored to each child’s needs.
Support progress in daily living skills, fine motor development, sensory processing, and play readiness.
Track and document patient progress, adjusting plans as needed.
Develop effective home programs to reinforce therapy goals.
Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.

Requirements

What You’ll Need

Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
Active or eligible state licensure to practice.
Prior pediatric experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome.
