Occupational Therapist / Hand Therapist (OTR/L, CHT preferred)

Full-Time or Part-Time | In-Person
Pay: $40.00–$47.00 per hour, based on experience

Hands On Hands Rehab Center is a therapist-owned outpatient practice seeking an Occupational Therapist/Hand Therapist to join our Los Alamitos office. We are looking for a clinician with hand therapy experience, or a strong interest in upper extremity rehabilitation, who values quality care, custom orthotic fabrication, and collaborative patient management.

This position offers the opportunity to treat a diverse upper-extremity caseload in a well-established specialty practice. Candidates with CHT certification are encouraged to apply, and experienced OTs with a solid hand therapy background as well as new grads with some hand therapy experience are welcome to apply. 

Position Highlights
Upper extremity-focused outpatient practice
Treat post-operative and conservative hand and upper-extremity conditions
Custom splinting / orthotic fabrication
Variety of diagnoses including tendon injuries, fractures, nerve conditions, arthritis, and shoulder-related rehab
Collaborative, therapist-owned practice environment
Full-time or part-time opportunity
Primarily based in Los Alamitos, with occasional coverage at other office locations as needed
Qualifications
Current California Occupational Therapist license
Hand therapy experience strongly preferred
CHT preferred, but not required
Strong clinical skills in post-op rehabilitation, splinting, and conservative management
Comfortable with EMR documentation
Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Requirements

Job Requirements
Current California Occupational Therapist license
OTR/L required
