What You Will Do
Evaluate patients in their homes and develop individualized care plans
Provide skilled occupational therapy interventions focused on ADLs, mobility, safety, and independence
Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive strategies and equipment
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team
Complete accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulations

Requirements
What We Are Looking For
Active Occupational Therapist license in DC, VA, or MD
Minimum one year of occupational therapy experience with home health preferred
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within assigned areas
Compassion, professionalism, and a patient centered mindset
