Job Description
Compleat Rehab is Recruiting for a Director of Physical Therapy: We are looking for someone with the below leadership expertise:

Overview:

The PHYSICAL THERAPIST is a qualified health care professional who directs, supervises, evaluates, and provides physical therapy services to clients at our Clinic as prescribed by the attending physician.

Responsibilities:

He/she is responsible for: (1) providing skilled physical therapy care to patients with impairments, functional limitations, disabilities, or changes in physical function resulting from injury, disease, or other causes; (2) recording clinical and progress notes; and (3) coordinating other patient care activities/services to provide the highest quality of patient care in the geographic service area to which he/she is assigned. He/she works under the supervision of the designated supervisor.


Requirements
Graduation from a physical therapy school accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education, or graduation from a physical therapy school that is credentialed as meeting CAPTE requirements. Licensed or registered as a Therapist in the state(s) in which he/she is required to practice. A minimum of three years of experience in adult outpatient settings or combination of long term care facilities, hospital setting or home health. Ability to relate to and treat acutely ill/chronically ill patients/families and their particular problems. Must possess strong patient assessment, patient management, and documentation skills. Must possess the disposition and personality to work harmoniously with a wide variety of people and all levels of staff, and interact professionally as a member of a multi-disciplinary team. Must possess a strong commitment to the goals, mission, and philosophy of the organization. Ability to work flexible hours, as required, to meet identified patient needs. Absolute integrity and the use of good judgment to handle the professional and confidential nature of assignments. Ability to adapt to changing organizational needs. Preference to have certification in multiple programs including advance life support, as well as willingness to be certified in different programs.
